1. Controller
L'Écrin Éphémère (ecrinephemere.ca) processes data needed for B2B consignment, billing, and support.
2. Data we collect
Business identity, email, boutique address, tax province, POS events (SKU, amounts), deposit signatures, and payment data processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers).
3. Purposes & bases
Contract performance, Canadian tax obligations, fraud prevention, and service improvement. Partners never see original wholesaler identity.
4. Processors
Supabase (hosting/auth), Vercel (web hosting), Stripe (payments). Transfers outside Canada may occur with appropriate contractual safeguards.
5. Retention & rights
Retention limited to legal and contractual needs. You may request access, correction, or deletion via privacy@ecrinephemere.ca.
