1. Service
The platform provides white-label consigned inventory, POS sync, and automatic transfer-price invoicing on sale.
2. Consignment
Pieces remain L'Écrin Éphémère property until transfer payment. Target display window is 30 days; rotation alert on day 25; Net-60 supplier credit is managed by the platform.
3. Payments
On POS sale, a Stripe Direct invoice is issued with payment due within 24 hours. Canadian taxes (GST/QST/HST/PST) are calculated from the retailer's province.
4. Liability
Partners must exercise reasonable care of display pieces. L'Écrin Éphémère is not liable for losses caused by retailer negligence. Governing law: Quebec, Canada.
